The Chicken Place

Average chicken place, spicy chips were spicy as hell.

My entire order was cancelled after waiting 30mins and seeing the order was processed, and was cooking.

Also refused to give her name over the phone so I could make a complaint. This just happened. Seriously... get better staff

I have been coming to this place for the last 3 years, and it has slowly started getting worse, Chicken is absolutely horrible, The chicken inst cooked right at all, I asked the polish woman at the front who just sits on her phone to make sure its made fresh but she said it was only made 20 minutes ago, however I think it was 20 hours ago, I can't begin to explain how bad the chicken has gotten, the chips are still nice, The drink was very warm, she had used the pump to poor the juice into the cup. The chicken has gotten worse ever since it was change from Chicken cottage to 'Chicken Place' AVOID this place, Especially if you're thinking of a wrap/burger.

Chicken was dry and skin was not crispy. fries tasted freezer burnt. There was no hot sauce

Pretty great. Cheap. Open late. Good food.

Food is nice, cheaper than KFC. Usually quiet. However, the cooking oil is rarely changed and there is a chance you will get a badly smelling food that happened to me three times in a row. Never visiting again...

Mediocre food, squeaky chairs. Staff are not bothered.

I am very disappointed with the delivery service. I been waited for more than 45min. Terrible service :(
I wouldn't give a single star

I would not give a single star but the food is relatively well priced. But as usual, the delivery system is knackered. It has been 1.5 hours and I still do not have my order. Honestly, if you are hungry as hungryhouse.co.uk says, this is not the way forward.

The restaurant is really awkward. The chairs are dirty and it's hard to tell if it's open since it's so dark inside there. Terrible music and terrible service, too.
