Introduced us to Pizza Crunch when we questioned what it was, and gave us some to try.

The best bit though... rang up this evening (we live in Oxford) to ask a question about Pizza Crunch & how it’s made, and the girl on the phone remembered us!!!

We come here nearly every Saturday night for our dinner & I can honestly say we haven't had a bad meal. Fish is amazing & worth the drive from Shotts love this place.

Ordered first time today. So happy they have jalapeño poppers which were lovley. The food was amazing. :).

Omg just had a delivery from here and the food was absolutely amazing... THE BEST CHIPPY ABOUT BY FAR

Love the chippy foods fab such a great choice including gluten free. My sausage supper was delicious not fatty at all and cooked perfectly it even kept its heat until I got home

Whoopy doo a chippy that does gluten free my wee girl tired a fish super and said it was delicious

Been coming here since uz opened. Got a special fish for myself and daughter to half for our dinner, the special fish r usually amazing and the fish is quite thick and meaty, not tonight I'm afraid as my bit of fish was mostly breadcrumb on breadcrumbs with in some parts of it was a really thin wafer slice of fish quite disappointed.... Hopefully be loads better nxt time we visit

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this place on Tuesday! I placed an order to collect at 6.15, looking for a gluten free pizza but was advised they didn't have any dough, I was disappointed as this was my reason for choosing this place. I settled on fish and chips from the gluten free options. When I turned up they had just burnt the pizza i ordered for my husband and in turn set the pizza oven on fire, and advised would need to make another one. All the other things I ordered where made and Sat waiting while they made another one and said would put it in the other pizza oven that wasn't on and would need to heat up. After waiting a further 15/20 mins I was told they couldn't give me a pizza as the oven wouldn't heat up in time? Surely they must of known this the 20 mins earlier and in turn the other stuff ruined! I was given a refund for the pizza and told the next time i phone up I will get a free pizza? But that wasn't the point, if they told me at the time they couldn't make pizza I would of went to the other take-away down the road. I was really disappointed and the food I did get wasn't of good quality after being Sat for so long. The attitude I recieved from the staff after complaining wasn't very acceptable either as I was told "it isn't my fault the pizza oven went on fire" and the other member of staff told me "I only started last week" I understand things happen that are out with control but this experience really wasn't a pleasant one and most disappointing as I have used this place before and find the gluten free pizzas normally great.
