Absolutely terrible place, after ordering on just eat, received the food 20 minutes late also cold. To add to the equation the onion were burnt to an inch of there life, after having several calls with the manager I was told as the take away is 20 minutes away couldn't possibly deliver hot food to out hotel ( not sure what happened to the onion rings on the way) , when asked for a refund got told NO and now £30 lighter and still haven't feed the family - DO NOT RECOMEND ( if you like your food hot) 😈

This is shocking never. Other to order from here!! We have been waiting almost 3 hours. When I phoned for the 3rd time the girl (who was very apologetic) spoke to her boss and I could over hear him say to her to tell us to just have to wait!! Shocking customer service! Over 3 hours for one pizza is just not on!! Need to up your game!! We will be telling everyone we know about this!!!

Good food. Fast service

An absolute joke of a takeaway. Not only do they NEVER get the order correct (even when written down) but the food is ALWAYS cold and vile.

Usually this place is a hit or miss but the other night we ordered a family size portion of chips (cost over £4 so expect it to be substantial) - got home and there was barely enough chips for 2 adults, let alone a family. And they were cold and definitely not fresh. We had also ordered a portion of curry sauce, which also wasn't cheap - opened the tub and it was only half full and very watery. What a waste of money. So disappointed. This place is very over priced and this portion of chips was laughable.

Shocking service, ordered from just eat my food arrived an hour later swimming in oil, that much so that I could re cook it in the amount of oil.

Couldn't eat it and phoned take away for refund was asked by the manager on the phone "what can I do" the delivery driver will come take food away. Then my refund was refused because I left a review via just eat.

Spoke again to the shop manager to be told you just cost me "£100" I'm pretty sure that your shop ain't worth £100 never mind the £20 I just spent in your ridiculous excuse for a take away. The only good thing was the delivery driver he was perfect!

So if you want to pay £20 for a tub of oil and a pathetic excuse of a manager/fish fryer infact I would go to the point of calling him a manager more like an amateur!

By the way I'm going to Keep sneaking up with reviews every where :) enjoy your £20 you stole from me while it lasts.

Great chips and fairly priced

Ordered twice from the Cod Father in one week. We were in patient accomodation at raigmor and so weren't sure of post code or directions. The food came very promptly both times, was hot and correct, very tasty and a polite delivery driver who phoned my mobile when he was at the door. Good job! Yum. Recommend the donner pizza for a cheese/meat feast when you can't be bothered cooking!!

Ordered food at 17:45, said it'd be here 30-45 minutes (I live 5-10 minutes from the building). At 19:00 I called to see if everything was OK. A woman answered and said the driver was on his way, but taking his time because of snow - I looked outside and could see cars driving normal speeds along the main road outside my house. 19:30, still no appearance so I called to see if the driver was lost. Turns out he'd gone back to the Codfather because he couldn't find the house. They said they were remaking the order and would put some free stuff in. They then said it'd be here before 20:00 ("within the hour"). At 20:30 they called me and said the driver couldn't find the house. I had given them specific directions to my house at the very beginning. It's on the main road so it's not hard to miss by any means. Eventually the food arrived at 21:05 and the driver was very apologetic, but by this point I was far too hungry to console him. I paid half price for the food, which was an OK gesture. By any means, I will probably avoid using the Codfather again as the food tasted like it had been reheated a few times (even though they said the order was a 'remake' each time - the onion rings looked and tasted burnt). They also did not add any free stuff in like they said they would. Not a great experience as I hadn't eaten since lunch, so I was waiting over 3 hours for my dinner...

Wouldn't even rate them a star absolute rubbish! Took two hours to deliver then when it arrives the foods bloody cold And tasteless! Take my advice don't order from them go somewhere else !
