the food was very cold and old the order was wrong , when i called shop i got cheek, than told me id get a refund set out to me. i had to phone 4 times everytime they said my refund just left shop and in the end i waited up till 12pm from 7.30 waiting never turned up. today i will go to trading standards this place should not be allowed to operate this way and to customers like this.

Appalling attitude, staff ignoring me, then arguing amongst themselves then when i eventually get served the Fryer eyeballing me, I left. Ridiculous in this day and age.

Wasnt able to give no stars. Waited over an hour after ordering. Called to be told the order was waiting but payment hadnt gone through. Gave us some cock and bull story. We had 2 children to feed and didnt have time to re-order. Avoid at all costs. Total amateurs!!!!!!!!

They are never open on time.

My mum went up tonight after doing a 12.5 hour shift (she's a nurse) and had an awful experience. She ordered a Donnor meat kebab, garlic bread and a fish supper which amounted to about £19.50. First off she had to wait in there for 40 mins. She was told because of the card she was using it has a surcharge which wasn't wrote anywhere. She then noticed that on the menu it clearly stated garlic bread £1.90 or £2.90 or something and they had charged her £4.90 so she told them they had charged to much. They said "well it's £4.90" as my mum kept saying look it says that price on the menu ? They also gave her chips with the kebab when she asked for salad. And after a long debate they gave my mum her money back that she had been over charged literally throwing it into her hand without any kind of apology ?!? Will NOT be going again.
