Stopped ordering food from here a almost a year ago due to the regular poor service and incorrect orders. Eventually after kicking off, offered a free meal on next visit after several terrible orders. Recently ordered again and the boiled rice was hard and the kung po chicken was cold. Contacted them to point this out and funnily no response. Very disappointed, being more expensive than all others you expect better.

Went for a birthday meal with my family yesterday. Food and service was excellent. I would recommend the cotton house to anyone as we have never been disappointed whenever we have visited.

After doing a search for a good Chinese restaurant I came across the cotton house travelled 40 mins from my house and wasn't disappointed food was amazing, menu had great variation, staff polite and curtious, reasonably priced, plenty car parking space, restaurant was busy and had to book a table., Will definitely be going back highly recommended it, worth the 80minute round trip 5 star restaurant loved it

This is "The Best Chinese" I have been to. Food is superb, service is prompt and friendly. Always busy so book in advance. Take aways are superb too. If you have never been get yourself in the place.

Was at the cotton house last night, meal and service could not have been better. But and this is a big but the restaurant was frozen so much that we ended up putting our coats on. I'll not be back

My favourite Chinese restaurant in whole of Falkirk. Would definitely recommend booking a table to guarantee a place. The food is wonderful here and the service is quick and faultless. Very reasonably priced and never fails to deliver on quality. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

Easily the best Chinese restaurant in central Scotland. After all the years of going here I've never once had a bad meal. Amazing service, amazing food. I love it
