Visited this restaurant many times and always have a lovely meal and amazing service. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of great meal choices to choose from!

Tried the breakfast menu for the first time yesterday morning and I was pleasantly surprised. 10/10. The price was so reasonable for what you got. I will defo be back 🤤🤤💞💞xxx

Popped in today and had the meal offer, amazing value for money a large cheese burger, massive portion of fries and large drink for £7.95. Fast service cannot complain and we will be back for third visit.

Love the idea you can make your own burger and don’t have to stick to a menu. It’s really fun. All the staff are lovely and polite. Got served fast too.

Great food. Staff were great. Milkshake was perfect. Loved the touch of the girl asking if I wanted a glass of water too.

Absolutely lovely, really looking forward to my next visit, went there this evening with the family and now having to roll into the house, burgers were amazing, absolutely stuffed now though� modern place, great view of the Clyde, best way to relax after a hard week

Went for tea this evening as had not been there for a few weeks. Was very disappointed definitely not the same as it used to be. The burger was dry and peppery the onion stack wascover done and the chips were not as the used to be. The bun was ok but nothing great. My partner's coffee was lukewarm if you wished an alcoholic drink you could not. Our waiter was very nice. You could not say the food was inedible just not as it used to be. Shame as I used to really like it as did my partner.

The meal this evening was disappointing. Ordered a custom turkey burger with sweet potato fries. 10 minutes after placing the order, we were then told there was only one turkey burger left so my friend had to switch to chicken, but then we had to wait almost 20 more minutes before the food arrived despite there being very few full tables in the restaurant. When the burger arrived one of the sauces I’d selected wasn’t on the plate and the burger itself was over cooked bordering on burnt. The patty had a chargrilled taste but little else, and was so crunchy in fact that a piece cut the inside of my mouth. I appreciate the customisation on offer and the toppings and fries tasted fine, but when the meal costs £13 with a small portion size and overcooked meat that maims you, it’s hard to be feel satisfied. Not normally one for complaining and didn’t want to cause a fuss in the restaurant as we were running late for a movie, but it’s very hard to recommend or want to return after this experience.

Visited last night ahead of a trip to the cinema. Waited about 10 mins to receive cutlery and an explanation of how to work the 'custom' burger menu. We were told their fryers were broken and they were only cooking regular fries and sweet potato fries the old school way (as in a pot of oil on the hob) - everything else fried was off the menu. Waited about 20 mins for our burgers, regular fries turned up about 10 minutes later (after we'd finished our burgers), sweet potato fries took another 10 minutes. Fries appeared so late we couldn't eat it as we were now running late for our film. No attempt from management to take anything off our bill - shambles, badly managed, food average.
