The County Hotel

Hello all. Today 22 of July 2016 is my mother in law`s funerail. She passed away after a long illness peacfully. Sorry but we won`t be open for lunches today

Spotless fantastic breakfast situated town centre or 5 minuets from beachfront proprietor Eric great host with plenty of time for you . Would definitely stay again :-)

My wife and I have been here for 2 nights. The County Hotel is a very friendly place to be. It's a beautiful Georgian building where Eric and his staff greet you with a warm welcome. Our room was very spacious and modern with a gorgeous large on suit. Evening meals were out standing we enjoyed Eric's home made pate and his Creme brûlée. Breakfast was also first class. The bar has a large selection of malt whiskies which suited me to the ground.

I stayed for one night and after a welcome hand shake and a chat I was taken up to a room at the top. It was spacious, comfy and had a cracking view across the river mouth. My evening meal was fantastic, fresh fish and home made tartar sauce and breakfast was very tasty also. I would defenatly stay there again as Eric and his team made me so welcome. Well done and thanks. 😀👍

Been a regular to the county since I was a child and have always enjoyed my meals there. Lovely owners, nice staff and great surroundings. Would highly recommend the food and hospitality to any one.
