The Covenanter Hotel

Charming, romantic, and staffed with some of the most friendly people you could imagine! I loved my stay and if I ever make it back to Scotland I will stay there again!

We've enjoyed the restaurant previously, but on making a reservation and making a simple request that one of our party have a piece of plain grilled chicken (no sauce), we were refused. Apparently everything is prepared ahead of time, so the claim that dietary needs are catered for isn't exactly accurate. We were disappointed, especially as it's such a simple thing to ask for, and the attitude was a flat 'no - we can't do that'

Wonderful food, friendly and informative staff, and comfortable accommodations! So relaxing! Will definitely return!

I was there with my family to visit places of outlander serie. We enjoyed so much. Service nice, staff friendly and efficient, food delicious. Our room was good too.

Might of just got here but the view from our room is amazing! 10\10

We stayed there for lunch and to visit some Outlander-location. Nice Service and delicious food. The cake is recommandable.

We stayed in the apartment which was lovely. Would have been five stars if not for the fold down beds for the kids - which were like boards.
