Here at The Crafters Barn we like to do things a bit differently. We are a take on a Belgian Brasserie using only the freshest local Scottish ingredients. Instead of a huge wine list we have a Belgian beer guide offering over 50 Belgian bottled beers to pair with our food offering (we do also serve wine). Not only that but we cook half of our small sharing plates with the beer, including our mussels, whilst offering a wide array of beer cocktails. We even have a section for local Scottish craft beers just to top it off.

The food offering is a selection of small 'beer infused' plates , which are great for sharing. Our buffalo steaks are served to you on lava steak stones so you can cook your steak exactly how you like it. Not only that we offer some traditional Neapolitan pizzas with a twist. A must is our beer moules and frites.

The Crafters love to experiment with their mixology. The bartenders have used our excellent Belgian beer selection to craft our own preserves, purées, tops and reductions to utilise some of the beautiful flavours that are unique to Belgian style brewing. We have variations on some of your favourite classics and created some beer-influenced cocktails that will definitely surprise you.
