Stopped off for lunch with the kids. Warm greeting, really friendly helpful staff. Great menu. I had the fried goats cheese with house chutney to start. The batter was really light and the balance of flavours and textures worked very well. I followed that with the fish pie which was topped with puff pastry rather than mash. The selection and quantity of fish in the pie was good. A little over seasoned for my taste but I still finished it all. We finished with some of their tray bakes that we ended up having to take home half of, as even my little dustbins couldn't finish them off. All in all, highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing! Excellent food and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend the Sunday lunch, chocolate and salted caramel roulade and white chocolate cheesecake.
