The Daisy Foundation provides weekly yoga based movement & antenatal classes, birth preparation workshops and baby classes to help relax & educate new mums.

Classes for Pregnancy, Birth and Baby.

The Daisy Foundation birthing classes are designed to promote positive pregnancies and births for new mothers, no matter how you decided to give birth. Each week you will experience lovely flowing yoga based movements, breath awareness techniques, hypnosis and antenatal education delivered over a 6 week course. You don't need to be super fit or flexible to attend, it really is a class for everyone. Meeting expectant mothers from your area, will also help form firm friendships at this exciting time in your life.

Daisy Tinies Baby Massage - from 6 weeks to 20 weeks
Our uniquely integrated class for mum and baby where baby massage, baby yoga, baby reflexology and calming techniques are delivered alongside educational themes which will be relevant to the babies developmental milestones. Classes progress from our rhythmic and relaxing Tinies on to the colourful and lively Wrigglers. Classes also incorporate yoga-based movement, relaxation and support for mum.

Daisy Wrigglers Baby Yoga -From 20 weeks +
Our uniquely integrated class for mum and little one where baby yoga and sensory play are delivered alongside yoga movement, rhythm, rhyme and story in a seamless journey of imaginative play. Educational themes are shared which will be relevant to baby’s developmental milestones.
