Had our wedding reception here on Friday. Was an amazing experience from the start with Natasha we had great fun sorting everything out right thru to the actual night. We had buffet and DJ provided by deer park. Both were amazing and had so many people comment about the stovies they all loved them loads. Location was ideal and staff were lovely and couldn't fault the team from start to finish. Thank you from both myself and David for an amazing night x

Was an enjoyable experience although limited on the beverages and food.

Had my wee boys birthday there yesterday. Was brilliant for the kids. Food was good quality and hot on service. Only down side was, kids not provided drinks with their meal (as part of a bowling package) nor would they provide a knife to allow him to cut his birthday cake (quoting H&S as a get out clause) but would happily take it away to cut it for us. But overall kids enjoyed it and that was the main thing.

Had afternoon tea there which was fine but could have done with more sandwiches between us. Had to ask for milk for the tea! Service ok, all in all average but not outstanding.

Excellent night for tina/cher down fall was lack of meal choice. A guy came round to ask about 'allergies and requirements' this could have been worded better even mention vegetarian option.he then got snippy with my aunt because she sent her meal back the was special order anyway as she was not expecting meal to be covered in the sauce as generally sauce is put on side.cheese cake was warm.

Bunkered 4ball with roll, coffee beforehand and soup and steak pie afterwards. Course was in good condition despite a lot of rain during round and for a couple of days before. Nice layout and testing without being too tricky. Service in golfers bar was ok. Coffee came quickly but rolls took a while. Soup was very nice (tomato) but steak pie could have done with being warmer.

A good night out with family and friends ,6 of us doing the dine and bowl all plates the were empty and with two games of bowling we all thought it was great value. The staff were all great bar staff under a we bit pressure as there was a wedding function on but didn't mind waiting the lad was working flat out.

We went for a bowl and dine on Saturday 7th October was rather disorganised we arrived and was booked for 4.15pm and there wasn’t any table organised then we were told to wait and someone would be with us which didn’t happen and eventually I had to ask if we were getting seated after waiting for 10 minutes not even an apology for keeping us waiting. When we got served our food we asked about drinks and had to go to the bar ourselves which we were told to do then the manager said no we will bring them to you and should have ordered from our table. So as I said rather disorganised. Enjoyed our bowling night otherwise.

Got a itison afternoon tea voucher to treat a friend. Found it strange we didn’t get offered tea or coffee was just given tea, (which was like flavoured water one teabag in the pot) ordered coffees as tea was u drinkable. Sandwiches were nice, scones really dry. Cakes were nice tho.
