Great Play Centre. Not easy to get to. You only get 1 ½ hours at a time during peak times. Smugglers Cove doesn't have a time limit.

Regular user, we love it. Clean and tidy, great staff. Party's really well organised. Everyday food lovely and reasonably priced. Can always get parked.

We came about 90 miles with our daughter and grandchildren. Spent a lovely morning wandering round the place. The kids had great fun. We decided to go for lunch about 2pm. Unfortunately we were told the tables were all full and we'd have quite a long wait. We were very disappointed. Our grandson has learning difficulties and wouldn't understand this so we had no option but to leave. I know school holidays are busy and you have a 90 minute time limit but again this was disappointing.

The glen is good for a walk but at present there is an issue with wasps so avoid if allergic/ scared of them as you will not enjoy.
Very steep access. Completely unsuitable for wheelchair users, also slippy paths so difficult with a buggy etc.
The Den has a good soft play for variety of ages.

I've visited a few times with the kids. They absolutely love it. The glen is great fun for them, although it may be looking a bit tired in places. Large area for them to run around and play. Lots of characters and from famous stories etc. The den is great also, lots for all ages. The cafe has a good choice, and reasonably priced. The entry cost for both is very good value for money in my opinion, as some places would charge this amount for one of these.

Overall, I would recommend as a good half day out with the kids!

Great for kids between 3-6. They also help arrange birthday parties. Staff is usually friendly when not overloaded

Great day out for the kids, walked around the Glen looking at all the different cartoon and fairy tale characters, then had lunch in the cafe at the den whilst the kids had a great time playing on the equipment :)

Rude.
Only visited the Den in the Glen.

Would give the place 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude lady at admissions.

Fantastic soft play area for the kids and nice friendly staff behind the snack bar area.
The Den can easily keep the kids (and parents)happy and occupied for an afternoon.
Like I stated the only downside was the rudeness of the lady at the admissions desk.
It's a shame as she lets down a good business and nice play park and leaves you feeling unwelcome.

Been to this place so many times and really love the facilities but especially the staff are so much friendlier and more helpful than at all the other soft play centres we've been to. And it's always super clean. The glen itself is very lovely too and definitely worth a visit.
