Tucked in alleyway with nicely lit ambiance, it offers great cocktails and wines. Definitely recommend the fish platter and the truffle and parmesan fries!

Hard to find but a gem! Go early afternoon or late at night. If sunny, then take a terrace table. Eat if you can but do not leave without having an ‘Idle on Islay’. Cheap champagne too!!

Good spot to have some snacks and cocktails. Their hot and cold snacks are good. It is usually packed so we always sit at the bar. Also you may try different whiskies. We had a whiskey flight

Try the cheeseboard, it was delicious!!! Great pub- not touristy and delicious rose and gin cocktails.

Located in a nice area usually busy attentive staff.

fantastic hip spot for food and/or drinks. meat and cheese plate, mussels, asparagus, and cullen skink were great!

It's hard to find good cocktail bar in this part of Edinburgh, but this is the best.

It's a GORGEOUS bar. Lovely selection of beers and very nice little booths if you want some peace and quiet.
