Were do I start,amazing,the chicken melt,to die for,Pina Colada sundae absolutely gorgeous,place was spotless,staff very attentive,will definitely be back

Was a lovely experience guy that showed us to our table was so lovely and helpful I am coeliac and he was very knowledgeable our server was Ashley and she was so helpful also food was so nice my steak was lovely first visit but would certainly go again.

Up here for two days with work. Really friendly staff and good food.

Polite friendly staff, food was amazing and service was great absolutely no complaints. My boys and I eat here a lot and have never had a bad experience x x x

My Family came to this restaurant on Tuesday evening with my Sister and Brother in law who were up visiting from England. The service was fantastic by James and my daughter was delighted when the manager put a birthday banner on the table and brought her a surprise dessert while singing Happy Birthday to her. Thanks very much for making her a very happy little girl. Definitely be returning x

Last min lunch date with my mum - the food was lovely and couldn't fault the portion size either considering the price.....great value. The service from the waiting staff at the bar & the restaurant was great - very friendly..... Will be back and will also be saying to other family and friends how impressed we were.

Had a great meal and staff excellent. We were there for a 70th birthday all ages at meal. Everything was first class. No rushing us to leave after meal. Thank you for making it a special occasion. �

Great service and delicious meal! Despite there being 4 different birthday celebrations the service was second to none. We were told when we arrived that there was a wait for food but we didn't have to wait much longer than normally at any other restaurant. We selected a combination off of the summer menu items and the standard traditional menu and we weren't disappointed. Steak was cooked how I like it, and my husband's ribs were lathered in barbecue sauce. Looking forward to going back soon!

Arrived for lunch headed straight out to the beer garden. Ordered from the daytime saver memu 2 x chicken and bacon open sandwiches great value ! Unlimited refills of diet Pepsi good value too. Great weather to enjoy a relaxing lunch.

Prewedding meal with my daughter two granddaughters daughter in law and sons fiancé we enjoyed our time at Cumbernauld Dovecote the starter took a little time to come but considering it was a busy Saturday night that was reasonable staff were attentive and friendly food was lovely would go back again

Staying at the premier inn attached, had a lovely dinner last night but this morning at breakfast my sausages had blue plastic stuck to them. Put me off my cooked breakfast. Mentioned to your staff,and was offered a replacement but lost my appetite after my discovery.

Quite possibly had the worst service and food I have had in any restaurant. The only entertaining bit was watching every other table sending there food back or asking the staff to correct a mistake.

No beef or steak left at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon! Hubby ordered roast chicken which was served frozen in the middle. The lamb was lovely so 2 stars but won't be back.

Went last night for dinner. First time we have been for years and definitely won't be back. Amazing it to two different people to book us in at 5.45 as we hadn't prebooked. The place was empty by the way. We couldn't eat the flatbread starter as it was cold and doughy. Husband had the steak and I had tagliatelle with meatballs. This was served tepid and I struggled to find the meatballs. Definitely not worth £11.95. Just as well we had been given a 40% off voucher. The only star is for our waitress who got the starter deducted from our bill although it does say on leaflet on table if you are not happy to speak to management.

We've been to this Beefeater a few times and always felt that the service was a bit slow, the food has always been decent and for the price we genuinely had no complaints until tonight.



We (my wife, child and I) arrived at 6.15 in the evening and the place was pretty busy, we got shown to our seats and asked if we wanted any drinks. The drinks took about 10 minutes to arrive. We were then asked for our food order. I felt that the wait for the drinks was a bit long but such is life.



We ordered at 6.25 and weren't really expecting lightning quick service. The kitchen appeared to be doing 'batches' of each menu item and I'd see several burgers sitting out at a time, same with fish and they would be taken away when the other dishes were ready. I noted a bowl of chicken bites (maybe I saw fish bites on the menu...) sitting for at least 15 minutes before someone eventually came for them.



It got to after 7 and my 18 month son was throwing a tantrum, to be fair we were all hungry and both my wife and I were about for doing the same. I'd noted a bowl of what I thought was his food sitting under the heat lamp for about 10 minutes so asked the server (a very pleasant man I have to say) if this was my boy's. Turns out it was and he brought it over.



I took this chance to feed the wee man with the drying out pasta while waiting on mine, he was very hungry so wolfed down quite a bit. It was then about another 10 minutes before our food came out (my fish had sat for a good 10 minutes under the lamp waiting on the wife's pasta).



We ate and then just as we were finishing the wee man obviously decided he'd eaten too much in his hurry and was sick all over himself. I felt this was the proper way to top off this visit.



Being fair, the food is decent and the prices are good, cannot fault that however the kitchen seems to be run at a snails pace.



Its fair to say that I wont be visiting this Beefeater again.

Walked out after waiting for 20 minutes. Tables came in after us got drinks ordered delivered and ordered food.
