WOW just WOW My wife & I have been coming up from London to visit Dundee for 6 years & finally we have found a Hotel & Restaurant that ticks all the boxes. Exceptional staff very professional & courteous. The facilities in our room are brilliant combined with a very clean tidy room real attention to detail. The Restaurant is so lovely the taste of the food was gorgeous with loads of choice. Now that's it's under new management we WILL DEFINITELY be returning without a doubt. The new place to be in Dundee 👍 Well Done you guys AWESOME 😊
Food was ok but paper menus and the prices were shocking. Bedding not changed everyday just tucked back in.

No breakfast although the site says breakfast included, no bedding changed through the week, no receptionist, cups and room not cleaned all week , generally a bit shabby not as in pictures , we arrived to plaster on carpets and an old smell throughout the building , we asked about breakfast and got a reply of the hotel is under renovation but on inspection the breakfast room was not under any renovation the only place being renovated was the hallway ceiling on the stairs , very poor hotel I'd look elsewhere and use as a last option

Unclean no hotwater and a drip from the ceiling worst hotel I've stayed in
Average. Very basic room and bathroom was tiny. Not much else to say. Served it's purpose as an overnight stay
Nobody for checking and checkout.... Nobody for breakfast...just requirement to do himself and take fruit juce in the fridge... Pool table for breakfast and to cook toasts.
The bedroom was middle : 2 beds with one lower than the other :-(( !
Unworty for an hotel !
