Come join us for home-cooked Arabic food. What we cook is what we eat at home and not in restaurants which makes this experience so special!
Starter 6.75 Mezzeh platter: Hummus: Mashed chickpeas with tahini, garlic, lemon and cumin;... Tabouleh: Finely chopped salad mixed with couscous. Baba Ghanouj , Slow baked aubergine, gutted and mixed with garlic tahini, chilies and parsley Yalanji: Vine leaves wrapped in rice and veg and served cold with a slice of lemon Olives Pitta Bread (the mezzeh platter is suitable for vegans and vegetarians)
Main 12.75 Spiced Lamb Shanks: This dish is aromatic and very hearty, the shanks are cooked with our special blend of spices, potatoes, peppers and onions for 3 hours. The shanks should be tender and fall of the bone. This dish is served with vermicelli rice and salad. Jaj bel Foron (Chicken and potato): every culture has a hearty chicken and potato dish, this one is the Palestinian version. A chicken and potato dish slow cooked in the oven, spices and sumac. Served with traditional Vercimille rice and salad on the side. Mujadara: is an all time favourite in my family, its hearty and punchy and very filling. The Lentils are cooked in onions, cumin, spices, and rice, garnished with caramelized onions. Some cooks make this dish with bulgur and others vary in spices, I follow my mum's recipe by cooking it with rice and using the same spices my mum and my grandmother always used, but everyone caramelizes the onions to crown this dish. served with tzatziki, salad and a chilli chutney.

Without doubt the best night i have had in Cambridge ever. David is an awesome landlord who just has a good time with his regulars. The pub quizzes are amazing and i wish it open all the time.

What a fantastic evening! We went to the Arabian night and my God the food was just delicious!.. thank you Chef and thank you amazing staff!.. highly recommended :)

Pop in with a mate for a drink and we note the Pizza menu and note it was two for one too best decision we made the pizza was amazing would recommend to anyone!! And the staff so friend too!!
