The Everest Restaurant

This restaurant has to be "seen" sampled a meal to be believed. The starter was great and main meal I had in Indian restaurants was by a mile lots better. When I got home I bought another Groupon to use again.

I would definitely return to this restaurant. A nice atmosphere, the staff were lovely, the food came out quickly. And it was delicious, particularly the mains. Good serving sizes and really tasty, loved it. Good value, especially with the Groupon voucher we used, but the mains were worthy of the full price anyway.

Great place to eat authentic Nepalese food! Genuinely delicious lamb and lentil dishes. Smaller dishes for price but worth the cost and perfect for meals out with friends as they serve food in a sharing style. A Himalayan tapas of sorts.

One of the best foods I ever tasted from region!!! And available in Scotland!!! Clearly authentic, with all the spices as it should be!!! Amazing food! Would recommend 105% ! Thank you guys for your passion!!!!!

Food was excellent - a mixture of spicy mains and more gentle starters especially the MoMo - staff were helpful and attentive

I wonder why these guys are struggling to get customers. The food was the best ever we had in Edinburgh. The staff are very friendly. The taste was authentic enough - simply put it suited our taste. I will highly recommend this place for some quality and reasonably priced food.

The restaurant is more Nepalese and less Indian. Overall the food is good. Staff is very hospitable. Good for first timers to taste the Nepalese food. They have variety of veg and non veg items in menu. They offer NHS discount for doctors. Cheers to all happy eating. Menu attached for reference.
