We had our sons 7th birthday party here yesterday and couldn't be happier about how it went. Fantastic from start to finish, great food selection, party host was brilliant and great with the kids. Kids all said it was the best party they had been to. Well worthy of 5 stars and I am sure we will be back!

We had booked family Xmas dinner for 21 people. The food was delicious and staff were fantastic catering to our every need. We all loved our time at the experience and I am sure we will all be back again either together or individually in the future. Thanks again for giving us such a lovely day from the McCloy party.

We booked a Christmas lunch for my group. 22 ladies all ordered different meals. The table was beautifully laid out for us. Table cloths, Crackers and bottles of water.



The meals were wonderful quality and no one had a bad word to say. The experience gave us an experience and we loved it.



Everyone was so friendly and we appreciate it.



Thank you everyone who worked so hard to look after us.

Visited today with a young person with additional needs to access sensory room, it was fab and they loved it, the other areas looked good too . Also staff very nice , especially Chris who was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone whether they have additional needs or not .

This place is a hidden gem. It's great for anyone with kids as it has some brilliant activities on offer and a nice cafe too.

Surprised how quick the karts are. Been to most of the go kart tracks locally and was impressed. Track was in good condition, layout and width promoted alot of passing.



Only criticism and it is very small, alot of other karts out on track which slowed me down but that’s probably more to do with my desire to put in fastest laps.

Laser Tag party was great fun for our son’s 9th Birthday, the party food was great with a good choice for all tastes. Departure party room was amazing and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Had my son's 7th Birthday at The Experience today it and it was fantastic! The staff are superb - helpful and fun. The kids had a great time with the laser tag and loved having the party in the plane! Thanks again to the staff.

Good night for our Hockey Club night out. Lovely hot buffet for 27of us with a variety of dietary requirements - pleasant helpful staff and laser tag sessions were good fun. Would recommend for any mixed age group organizations! Good value for money.

Fantastic place to visit, really impressed. Our older son had such a great time, and our wee one had fun in the sensory room.

The staff are very friendly, the manager is very customer friendly.

The food was amazing.

Fantastic day out for my son’s birthday! Great food big compliments to the chef and his team, brilliant electric gokarts and excellent friendly staff! Plus a DJ!

Done the grand prix at "The Experience" yesterday an exhilarating day out fast, fun and testing, the staff were brilliant and although this was the first time I had been go-karting ( the speed was astonishing) the professional attitude displayed by all the staff made you feel safe and in good hands, will definitely be back 10/10 �

Did the Family session with my 2 girls tonight . Staff all friendly and talk you through everything well. Circuit amazing fun and great throwing those karts around it. Definitely book again. ��

Absolutely amazing place to go! Staff are extremely helpful and completely understanding of the needs of everyone �long may it continue and look forward to visiting again!

5 of us as a family went here yesterday and had lunch, a kart race and a game of laser tag. Food was great and very good value. Karting was well organised and marshalled and the laser tag was good too. My 8 year old son had the time of his life and can't wait to go back. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Took my 10 year old son, 4 friends and a 50 yr old husband who all loved it. Definitely be back



Not too sure about cleanliness of the suits tho. Hubby was rather sweaty....hung up his suit...and I wonder who'll get it next? Hopefully cleaned!!

Only went to drop off son for a go-kart party. Decided to have a coffee and cake. I was impressed that, unlike so many other places, the cakes were kept under glass, rather than being open to all manner of coughs and sneezes from queuing customers.



I’ve often changed my mind about cake or biscuits which, despite looking tempting, have been left uncovered.



The fact that this is a social enterprise which is helping youngsters with work experience etc. Made it all the nicer.

couldn't think of a worse place than this to take my 12 year old sister for what was meant to be fun, they advertise for children but once my sister was on the track all the marshals could do was shout and belittle her in front of every one there, it was that bad that she wouldn't take part on the second half of the race due to the way she was talked too.



after the race I asked to speak to a manager, I got told that someone would phone me 2 days later witch was the Monday but I received no call so phone them and after may phone calls I got told that I would receive a refund for my sister and that the manager (Gerry) would phone me the next day and get my card detail witch he did, after a week I checked my account and I hadn't received the refund. I called back to witch I got told a manager would phone me today, no manager phoned today so went and spoke to the manager (Gerry) to witch he told me I wasn't getting a refund and that he didn't take my card details witch he did and I am seeking legal help for this



take it from me worth going to another place !!!!

Conned out of a medal 4 people in a race got overtook on the bridge by 2 karts cause im a fat cunt that makes me 3rd place in my book . But when the chequered flag was waved 4 place person was in front of me nearly getting lapped so they crossed the line before me a lap behind and i get last place. When i asked they couldnt explain why i was last. Says enough really wont be back.
