The Fit Guy Description
Since a young age I have always been involved in sport and from as young as 14 years old I was also coaching one of the main sports I played in field hockey.
I played top level field hockey for a number of years and I was also able to play for my country for a number of times too. I have always been able to set goals and targets in my sporting life which has helped me in life.
At The Fit Guy I want to be able to put my coaching experience and sporting background into use by helping people make small or big changes to help them Look Good and Feel Great. However big or small the goal I am up for the challenge to help you achieve this.
