Well we're do I start I had my wedding here on Sunday and it was the best day of my life ’┐Į the way Pauline and her staff done up the venu was so stunning better than anything I expected she was so professional and there to answer any questions we had she made me feel at ease she was just amazing ! Her staff were on the ball and very friendly the food was so beautiful everyone of my guests loved there meal ’┐Į the dj was fantastic he got the party started and was so funny ’┐Į I honestly do not have 1 bad word to say about my day it turned out exactly the way I wanted it maybe better ’┐Į it was worth the 2 1/2 year wait and stress lol ... Pauline from me and my new husband we say to you and your staff thank you for making our wedding so memorable we loved every minute of it and now I have wedding blues and want to do it all over again haha thank you so much.’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į mr and mrs Johnston

I would love to thank Pauline for all her hard work at my daughter danielle and Scott's wedding yesterday the hole thing was stunning start to finish it was amazing and u could not fault one thing you made it a perfect day for my daughter and I can't thankyou enough the way u dress the venue was stunning. I would recommend the fullarton suite to everyone you where amazing and could contact u at anytime and anything we where. Worried about you sorted in a flash you were wonderful thank u from the bottom of my heart form making my daughters wedding perfect you are a treasure it was so professional amazing and stunning everyone should have there wedding here and to hotel staff was amazing to so thankyou so much love the mother of the bride danielle x.

Has an amazing time at my daughters wedding here on 29th April the staff where extremely helpful & even helped put the favours on the tables .

I would like to say a special thank you to Pauline the party co ordinator she helped us plan the wedding from the start but went out of her way on the night to make sure everything was done & since it was a Vegas themed party she had a lot to put into place including a roulette table , showgirls & elvis. An amazing job was done by everybody involved .

Absolutely awful yesterday, this venue was the worst experience I have ever had at a Christmas lunch. First of all the place was freezing cold, no lights or any power in the place. When we were sitting with our coats & jackets on they then served us wet bread rolls, then a bowl of cold soup, then on to Turkey, beef, roast potatoes & Yorkshire puddings that you good have bounced off the wall all on a lovely freezing cold plate. I asked for some ice cream for dessert & was brought a bowl of yellow milk. Please avoid at all cost for your next Christmas lunch ┬Ż50 per head for the privilege.­¤śĪ­¤śĪ­¤śĪ

ItŌĆÖs a lovely venue had a good night! Dj was great a good mix of tunes but way too loud the kids n older ppl wouldnŌĆÖt come onto dance floor cause of speakers , the heating should have been on in toilets they were frozen whole night! Each time going for a round the price was different ? But choice was great. The buffet was fab but taking it all away so quickly wasnŌĆÖt taken to well with guests. My brother slipped on outside stairs on leaving they should have been salted/gritted along with entry path.

I had my mums wedding here, on average it was ok. The night before the wedding we stayed and we had booked a table for 8.15 although when we arrived where told last orders for food where 8oclock which I find ridiculous so our waiter was horrible, huffing and puffing and trying to rush us. Then over head her saying to the chef "imagine we could be finishing in 10 minutes". On the wedding day at the dinner some staff's faces where tripping them and plates where getting slammed down to us, the staff where ridiculous so I think they need knew staff. Then the day after the wedding we went down for breakfast and there was different staff who where lovely ! So on average I would not be back at this hotel as it is ridiculous and some of the staff are horrible!



The DJ on all was amazing couldn't thank him enough such a lovely man.

Had a great day at the wedding, but the wedding organiser was a disgrace, i really dont know where to begin, from no electricity in bridal suite,( to be told that the electricity did work but u needed a ladder to get it on) To no salt and pepper on top table, ( There was salt and pepper dishes with nothing in them, 3sets may i add) had to ask for water to also be brought to top table, ( which was brought half hour later in a dirty plastic jug) not enough staff, when organiser was confrunted she was rude and ignorant, for the money that was paid it was a disgrace.

Went to my uncle's 50th on Saturday my phone got stolen Dj wouldn't turn must down to make an announcement had to wait till today for manager to check cctv don't even think it was done staff hung up phone on we countless times while trying to see if it was handed in staff are terrible bouncer wouldn't even let my cousin at 15 back in to the party had to walk home alone after 12 o'clock himself wouldn't recommend this place to anyone all time I've been phoning still didn't get to speak to the manager really poor service

Since my last review was deleted Im again leaving another one to let others know not to waste their time having a function here. Lovely, good sized hall but a definate shame about the staff & the way the place is run. From bad attitudes from staff, dirty tumblers, intimidating guests, staff spilling drinks over guests to the final straw of cards/gifts going missing from a room the venue claim 'is locked at all times' oh and forgot...refused to show CCTV footage to confirm who may have been in/out the 'secure' room & then claim footage only held for 7 days. Conveinent.
