Est. 2004 We are makers of Gluten Free Confectionery. From mouth-watering Fudge, Scottish Tablet, Truffles, Caramels, Gourmet Marshmallow to Macaroon. . . . . . . boy! we love what we do! !

The Galloway Fudge Company was established in 2004, located in the beautiful Scottish countryside where our delicious Gluten Free confectionery are all freshly made in the newly built commercial kitchen attached to our home.

We use only quality ingredients, fairtrade sugar & locally produced Lockerbie butter. All products are certified Gluten Free and (with the exception of the Marshmallows) suitable for vegetarians.


We don't have a shop but you can find me at Farmer's Markets, Agricultural Shows, Festivals and many other events in Dumfries & Galloway, Cumbria, Scottish Borders and the surrounding areas.
