Bad servise chef cant cook steak to save hes life fries been double cook so i ask for fresh one to hear them saying fesh f* fries.
The fries they serve as is soaked in oil like its been cook twice the when i ask to change it they only change one of it. Lije mcdonalds fries is 10 times better than this. But other than then there chicken and ribs is really good

Friendly staff, well cooked tasty food from the limited choice, but good value two courses for £11.99 special menu (you could upgrade to three courses for a small fee ) The only small gripe is that there are a few items that require additional payment from the menu. It would have been good to have all foods on the menu that do not require extra payment. Free salad bar with main course.

Nice place for family meal or just dinner for two. Good salad bar free with a main course, decent selection although not all look the freshest they could or should be. Menu had pretty good selection although not much variety in vegetarian options.. good choice of desserts..

Delicious food, great atmosphere, very attentive and friendly staff. Myself and my boys go there quite frequently. And had taken a few friends with us too whom also enjoyed both food and the place.

Although the service was okay the food and seating weren't. Sat right beside the kitchen which wasn't the most pleasant. The food I would describe as extremely poor. I had the rib and chicken combo which was edible but no more, the ribs looked as though they had been sitting out all day and were very dry and the portion of chicken smaller than expected. My wife had the stuffed peppers which the filling looked to have also been sitting out and had a skin on them.

We were giving the place a last chance after previously eating there with a larger party and almost everyone having something to complain about. I wouldn't return.

Set in a good location with nice views but the Foods is not the greatest and service is pretty poor.

Excellent service, food delicious, beautiful views from conservatory table. Our first ever visit. Well worth it.

Amazingly friendly staff and very prompt and quick service. Very welcoming! Food was delicious and piping hot, could see everything had just been cooked. Would very highly recommend.

I love the Ghillies Lair for a wee treat for just the two of us, or a casual night out with family. Staff are friendly and helpful and food has never disappointed. The only gripe I have is that the kitchen door bangs badly every time staff use it, so if you're sitting near by it can ruin the ambiance.
