Our main focus is on providing Business Support whether that is getting businesses set up, helping them grow or get funded. When more established, we help businesses become companies. We deliver real practical help as well as the thinking, planning and consulting services, and we help you implement the desired changes in your business, whatever they may be. Or if you prefer, we can lead the implementation of change - the nature and depth of our involvement is up to you - after all, it's your business. In terms of engagement with companies we work mostly as an advisor, mentor or non Executive Director but sometimes in a more direct fashion such as on a contract or interim basis.
