Willie, what can I say this man and company. It started with a phone call on Wednesday re my stove. By Friday they were in my house doing all the prep , came back on the Monday despite lots of van problems on his way. Came up trumps and now enjoying the fabulous heat and comfort in my croft house on the Isle of Skye. Work class, the reliable company I have delt with.

The Grateist Flame were quick to respond, lovely to deal with, did a fast and efficient job of installing our reclaimed fireplace, which looks grand, and even pleased the neighbours by offering to add the big old sandstone stones taken out of our old fireplace to their dry stone wall! Will use them again if we have any need. Thank you!

The Grateist Flame did a fantastic job of replacing our broken chimney pot. Very quick service, competitive price, lovely guys and a job well done! Top of the Pots! Our chimney is now Santa Ready. Many thanks!

Rendered my chimney last year and did a great job. Turned up when he said and very professional. A few months later a small crack appeared however, when I contacted him he came back and repaired this area. Well recommended.

My kind of pictures ..iam always up NORTH whenever I can my relatives used to live in BOAT OF GARTEN ..sadly all passed away ..brilliant pictures ...I was in the GAS BOARD ..fitted many stainless steel flue liners ..all the very best ...WILLIE ..

I messaged Willie about my Mother in Laws fireplace, he was so helpful and nothing was a bother not even the travel. Willie arrived to see the fireplace on the Monday and by the Tuesday it was done and beautifully done too! He was quick, efficient and reasonably priced! Would highly highly recommend

Great job done! A previous contractor had left us with a badly fitted stove that didn’t work properly. Willie sorted everything quickly, with new stove, chimney liner and chimney pot fitted within a week. New stove works brilliantly and makes a huge difference in the house. Thanks �.
