We p...rovide front-line NHS services in Redcar area to around 9000 patients. We aim to support people to be healthier, happier and in control at every stage of their journey. Our Practice Nurses are integral to our model of delivery, working alongside our clinical team, consisting of GP’s, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists.
The Practice Nurse will carry out Treatment Room duties, immunisations and health promotion, in addition to providing specialist services in chronic disease care, specifically Diabetic care. We welcome applications from nurses currently working in either Primary or Secondary Care, or with transferrable skills from other healthcare environments.
Salary is negotiable, depending on skills and experience. All applicants must meet the essential criteria within the person specification. Ad hoc change to late night surgery
We usually hold our late night surgery from 6.30-8pm every Tuesday evening. As Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve fall on Tuesday this year, we are moving the late night surgeries to Monday 23/12 and 30/12 respectively.
