Good place with nice vibe. Live piano player was great. Paid £9 odd for a double gin and tonic though..was actually more expensive than getting the flavoured gin.

Great pub with fantastic staff, nice decor and decent prices. Usually have a good local band playing.
Have things like giant jenga and staff will have a go at you if you use them because it's a bit noisy.
Why have them in the first place?

Called in as working in the area , met a couple of the locals and Neil the bar man . Really good company and a joy to drink with . Great choice of real ales and world beers , a fantastic place to be .

Enjoyed Blues night again tonight. Excellent music, company, atmosphere and a great selection of ales. The fever tree tonic is also good if you are driving!

Good selection of spirits. They have regular live bands and a foosball table. Popular with younger/college crowd.

A great selection of beers from all over the world. Actually it should be possible to get a travel passport to be stamped when you - during different beers - are visiting a new country. The waiter promised me a passport, but after the first two beers, I'm still waiting!

Best range of beer for miles around, cozy pub with the occasional serving of free crisps! Good pub.
