The Grill Pit uses the best of smoked succulent meat slow cooked for over 12 hours, dry rubbed and marinated until mouth wateringly good ready for you plate

The Grill Pit is a brand new concept to Dundee, Perth and surrounding towns and comes to you this Summer 2015. We are a pop up restaurant which means we take over the kitchen of selected venues around Dundee, Perth and surrounding towns and then move on to a new location! We will also be popping up at local festivals and events so look out for us in the catering stand.

Like Craft Beer? Well This is Craft Meat! Top quality meats smoked low and slow in our woodburner smoker for 12 hours in our special rubs and marinades.

Imagine various meats, smoked and slowcooked for 12 hours with various rubs, spices, marinades and come out juicy, tender and mouth-wateringly flavourful and proper Rustic American style BBQ food then we are getting near to the mark. All will be served alongside a platter of foods such as rustic skin on fries, crusty breads, farm fresh corn on the cob, coleslaw and 'burnt ends beans'.

Our service concept is focusing on a sharing and caring dining experience so hopefully you can all share the meats and goodness we have to offer. Our sides platters and meats are served centrally to share and taste in each others meals.

Whats cooking?? These can include such items as beef and pork rubbed ribs, slow basted beef brisket, Succulent buffalo wings of varying sources and burgers, Cajun and Piri Piri spatchcock chicken and grills too. You can then chuck specialties in there such as Irn bru pulled pork and ginger and spiced apple pork and chilli, lime and butter giant Tiger Prawns to keep things fresh and your taste buds tingling.
