Good gym, nice staff and plenty of classes yo choose from. The changing rooms are a bit small and don't have any hairdryers so you need to bring your own.

Great fun to work out at. Very handy for people working in local area.

Good variety of classes if the instructor turns up. Very disappointed. It’s not the cleanest either.

It's a typical low price gym, the type that have popped up all over Glasgow in recent years. I was previously a member of pure gym, and they are pretty much comparable.

There is a fair selection of machines, and a good number of bikes and other cardio equipment including 3 virtual ride bikes. Which are pretty good.

The free weights are pretty good, with a couple of racks.

What I will say the place lacks is anywhere to cool off or stretch down. There is a matted area, however it is commonly used for classes. So after a run or weights session there's often no defined place to stretch off, and often you're in the way when you find a free space on the floor.

Also the music is shocking. But that's a taste thing hah.

Full of personal trainers that are more interested in chatting with their clients than working them out.

Great gym and very reasonably priced. Good facilities, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Classes are included in the price. Definitely recommend.

Never too busy to be off-putting, even during the post 5pm rush. Good facilities and seems to be well maintained. A lot cleaner than the Jamaica st branch would get.

Friendly staff. Induction made me feel welcome for a first time gym Gower. Has alot of machines and weights. 24 hours. Very clean as well

Good gym - decent free weights and machine selection. Well set out. Clean and tidy with equipment being well maintained. Music is NOT too loud but up beat - this is a gym not a library to the person complaining about the volume....... All round I would recommend.

This is a disko not a gym! They play music so loud that if you want to talk to someone you have to go closer than two feet apart and shout. Also this renders listening to your own music with earphones impossible, and jeopardize your hearing in the long term.
