The Hansen Residence

Cons: right above a club. No warning that people would be yelling outside all night. Not enough kitchen items (cutlery etc) when we had 6 people staying. Windows don't block sound at all. Could have been cleaned better. When sharing a bed with someone, the blanket isn't big enough. One of the toilets smelled like vomit.

Pros: free wifi, beds are decent but just two beds pushed together - comes off as cheap

The noise level is through the roof even on wednesday and thursday nights! There is a bar right below us as well as several other bars and clubs down the street. People were yelling and screaming into the night past 4 a.m. I am talking 25+ people right outside all of our windows just one storey below. I understand there are seagulls outside and no body can help that noise! I saw one person enter these apartments the whole time I was here and now I know why they are mainly for short-term rentals (because no one in their right mind would live here).
Even during the day I tried getting a nap in and I couldn't because of people yelling outside. The worse part about it is they charge u for a late check out when you only got 4 hours of sleep as is! Worst place I haveever stayed!

Apartment is nice and clean

Stayed here for two nights recently (booked through AirB&B), and was blown away! Such a simple set up, yet so satisfying! Would completely recommend!

Stated here from the Friday to the Sunday, rooms are a decent size but the rooms felt like they could do with a good scrubbing. Was cigarette ash on the living room window sill and also someone's chewing gum so clearly hasn't been cleaned properly. Was relatively quiet at night apart from hearing ppl goin up and down the stairs or out the door to the court yard. Rooms could do with some decoration to freshen it up.

Stayed for a day in Aberdeen. The room are spacious, furniture is good. The big disappointment was apartment maintenance.
1. Heater was not working in one bedroom.
2. Bulbs not working in bedrooms.
3. Shower heating is not working properly.

Gave them a feedback and my dissatisfaction email with regards to the value to my money paid for the apartment. However, they chose to offer me a free stay next time. I am not going to Aberdeen any time soon so this does not make any sense to me.
