Excellent cafe / restaurant in perfect place with good food and service.

Lovely meal as always. Cannot fault Harbour Lights. Lovely food, friendly efficient staff and great service.

Food was excellent as always. Service was a bit slow for people sitting outside. We waited a while then went in to order and were politely asked to wait at our table and someone would come to us. They did after a further wait. Service was was good, just not as quick as normal.

Good outside sitting area, next to harbour. Inside, felt a little 'squashed in'/cosy but staff are friendly and the food looks good.

Lovely cafe down by the harbour with delicious food, much of it locally sources, and cooked with a modern British twist. Friendly waiters are efficient and thoughtful. Will return.

I took my son to Harbour Lights today for the first time. We both had a great meal and a really nice time. I had the Cajun chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious. Just on the right side of hot and spicy. Nicely presented with a generous amount of chicken and a "just right" amount of chips and garnish. My son had the burger from the children's menu (ages 12 and below). It was presented very nicely which I appreciated and, although my son said the burger was "too spicy" (it had pepper in it), he ate half of it and all if his chips and some of mine too (they were really good chips).

The staff was pleasant, likable, attentive and subtle. This is not an easy balance to get right but The Harbour Lights were bang on today. All the staff who served us (3 in total) were excellent. I also had a latte which was really good.

An excellent dining out experience. Great location, good food, served in a friendly, professional manner at a reasonable price. Will probably be returning many times as I have the good fortune to live locally.

Nice food, well cooked and presented. Not terribly generous portions, but very tasty and good value. Lovely location.

It's a lovely atmosphere even when there are stormy weathers outside, you can enjoy a comfortable cuppa with your friends. (I particularly enjoyed the carrot cake on this visit!)
