Lovely place, great food and very good customer service

Food was delicious! Quite small and cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were able to make good recommendations. Really enjoyed the soup and the cakes were great too! Recommend the chai - it's very nice.

This place is just brilliant! We had an afternoon tea with the best scones I've ever tasted! The coffee and cake were also excellent, it had a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere, with lovely music playing as you enjoyed your coffee. The staff were terrific, so friendly and perfectly matched the warm atmosphere in the tea room. Holly was especially great, a brilliant host, welcoming and warm. We had a great time and we'll be back soon. Many thanks.

A cute and cozy place with an excellent food and tea selection. The service was fantastic and the waitress was very helpful with her recommendations. It is perfect for groups as well as dates.

Had afternoon tea and they forgot to ask/bring the tea until I inquired after the meal. A booking is probably required even for a midweek lunch time. Entrance is tough to find. The scone was particularly good.

I love the atmosphere of this charming little tea room. I recommend booking in advance as it can be quite busy (and the place is rather small). My only complaint is how busy it can be (but it is so good, I don't really mind).

Really good leek and potato soup and nice coffee, but when I went it took about 30 minutes for us to get served 1 soup and two sandwiches which were really not that good. The tea wasn't amazing either. If you are thinking of going here, go to the little cafe instead, it's close by, better food and better value.

Such a cool little place. Would definitely recommend a stop here. The sandwiches are delicious and freshly made.
