I have suffered moderate to severe knee pain for nearly a year, and after MRI scans, and various physiotherapists I found Helen. I had been diagnosed with a torn meniscus and degenerative changes and was basically living on pain killers. The shockwave and ultrasound treatment has transformed my knee pain in just a few weeks to the point where I can actually go for walks again. Helen knows everything to know about knees, and obviously keeps up to date with all the latest teaching and developments. You also get specialist exercises specially chosen for your condition sent to you online, which I have found particularly helpful for my balance and strengthening. I cannot recommend her enough. Helen is amazing. I have been receiving treatment for a bad back and was referred from my Specialist Neurosurgeon Mr Fouyas from the Spire Murrayfield.
