The Jade Palace

Very unhappy once again! We have been using the Jade Palace for years now, incorrect orders & dishes missing becoming more & more regular! We have even started to repeat orders before ending phone call but still 9/10 orders arrive wrong! Dont get me wrong they do try to rectify quickly but by that time, meal is ruined! Tonights meal wasnt of a great standard either - this very suprising as we have never had a bad meal from there! Really dissapointed

Pleasant staff
I had a sweet & sour chicken which tasted good although the chicken balls were a wee bit greasy and few in number.
It seems cheap on the menu but when u add rice it bumps the price - I would use it again though.
