The Key Place team have been absolutely fantastic in making my almost 3 year stay with them a great experience. No fuss and ever so prompt in responding to my emails and request. Rose has kept on top of safety checks and actually had workmen showing up at time date/times she said they would! Hope my next letting agency will provide the high quality of service that I'm used to now! Thank you all!
I found The Key Place to be very professional and efficient when I was a tenant with them. Their staff were really polite and helpful. The property I rented was in good condition and The Key Place were very good at dealing with any issues that arose. I was really satisfied with The Key Place and I would highly recommend them.
Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional people. They were constantly being passive aggressive and talking down to us as if they are better than us. These women are all shockingly bad at their job and fail to pass on important information on to the landlord, so when I got called from their head office about an issue they told me they had no idea about the situation and were only told that I was being a bother and I needed to be spoken to.
I hate these lazy and disrespectful women. They would start arguments and insist they are right even after I proved them wrong.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Totally disgraceful gave them nearly to months notice that we were leaving the property no response from them had to phone a few times so we could get our deposit money back it's now nearly a month since we left them and still no deposit back they keep saying they have another 21 days to respond
The Key Place are great - they give me a really good service, their staff are friendly and professional and they know what they are doing, I trust them with my property.
