Our ancient toilets have recently been the talk of the town. Thank you so much for your feedback. As we take our reviews very seriously, we're closing the restaurant for the day to get started on our renovations! Watch this space.

Sel Roti - a round, crispy doughnut-shaped snack extremely popular in Nepal, especially during this time of year. Tihar is in full swing and thousands of Sel Rotis, along with other sweet and savoury delights are made and offered to friends and family as blessings. We will be making more of these in the coming days so pop in food lovers and savour the ever-moreish Sel Roti.

The Khukuri ALWAYS delivers, never had a bad experience yet, great food, tasty & fresh, with out being too overspiced,as some other places tend to do (who will remain nameless, but they're not a million miles away from your location!) Been visiting your Restaurant regularly over the last few years, and I have too many favorite dishes to list here, but I really enjoyed the Mixed Grill i had last night, and Lee & Steve raved about the Khukuri Khukura & Khupa that they had. Top notch as always, and highly recommended!

User

Staff were fantastic , food was really tasty not heavy on you also employee offered to box food up. Once we said no he suggested to give it to a homeless person up the road so it doesn't go to waste . Would highly recommend to anybody .

I’ve passed by many times but never gone in until yesterday and after an hour wished I had gone in many times before.

I find this know what to expect but thought it might be similar to Indian and I’m told it’s not that far removed.

They do cater for Indian classics like the Jalfrezi or Dhansak but only for people not willing to branch out and try something s little different.

I wish I had room for more there is a delicious array of dishes I’ve never tried before so I will be back very soon. It’s such a delicious change from everyday Indian cuisine.

Mono dumplings filled with minced chicken in spices were outstanding and their king prawns really were king.

Khorsani Masala lamb was succulent and delicious with added chillies and raw onion served to me on be side which I love alongside a great curry.

Lovely chapati bread homemade as per normal really good for wiping up the sauce and my chickpea rice I enjoyed very much as well.

Great staff all very hospitable and the owner holds court and will fill you in on anything you want to know about Nepal.

Best end was when we were served with Bengal Tea the most refreshing cup of tea I think I ever had in my life.

The tea makes me want to go back and back I will go

User

I love this place. Not only is the food great but the service is top class and they don't mind me rushing in and demanding to be quickly fed before running off again for my train from Haymarket (3 minutes away). The vegetarian menu is second to none def ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ friendly and tasty!
