At first we thought that it is a great place as they accepted our mattress to get cleaned even though there wasnt any cleaning instruction on the cover itself. The staff member ensured us that its fine and they could clean it. The next day when went back to collect it,we find a different staff member and lady struggled to find our full cover set but we were only given one piece packed in plastic bag so i went back to let them know that there was one missing which was later found. We were very dissapointed when we opened it at home only to find the cover was full shrank and it was also damaged by heat from tumble dryer. I understand that mistakes can happened but it would be polite to say sorry to a customer other than hide the mess and act as though everything fine,i feel as though i was robbed.
