The Lighting Studio Inverness

We visited this store a couple of weeks ago and thought they had a very good selection of lights and the gentleman whom we spoke to was very helpful. As the room we wanted to buy the lights for still wasn't finished, we explained we would come back once complete to look at purchasing lights. We went back yesterday and the woman who served us was clearly too busy to help us and made us feel like we were a complete inconvenience to her! We almost landed on purchasing lighting but when my husband checked the price with her she snapped at him so rudely we left the store. We were telling our neighbours of our experience and turns out they suffered the same woman when they visited! We won't be going back and will be sure to share our experiences with our friends. A shame when the gentleman was so helpful. Top tip - if you visit, be sure to seek him out!!

Beautiful selection of lighting

We bought a set of lights for our lounge dining room and hall. One was faulty, returned item and the staff very kindly assembled complete fitting for us. Beautiful lights and extremely helpful staff.
