The Living Room provides free daytime, abstinence-based addiction recovery group treatment for all alcohol, substance and behavioural addictions in Herts.

The Living Room provides free treatment and support for those who are affected by addictions. We provide structured day treatments for those addicted to drugs, alcohol, love & sex and and /or any other addictive behaviour such as eating disorders, problem gambling, self-harming etc.

In addition we provide free weekly support and therapy groups for affected family members.

We have a free to access on-site creche to enable those with small children to access our service.
