Went for lunch yesterday with my cousin and from start to finish, it was excellent. Have been a few times and will definitely be back. Thanks Lost Lamb.

Visited tonight with my dog during a hot run. I could tell he needed to stop for a break (so did I) so we went into the The Auldhouse Arms to get him a drink of water. Asked for a bottle of water but the guy behind the bar kindly put out fresh water in the dog bowl and gave it to my dog. I also enjoyed a pint and a good chat with the locals. Will definitely stop again on my runs in the area.

Thanks so much Pauline for all you did to make my birthday party such a success. Nothing was too much trouble, we had a blast! Food was great, music was brilliant and you and your staff were just lovely! I might have to do it all again next year lol x

Lovely wee pub, always has been. First time I've eaten here and food was great, staff attentive and not intrusive. And the welcomed my wee dogs too!! Will be back

Lovely pub and restaurant only under a 5 minute drive from E.K We had the Sunday Roast lamb. 2 courses for £14 odd which is good value. The foods excellent, all home made and friendly service.

Lovely meal .. but of a wait for our courses but could tell they were all home cooked and made to order , well worth the wait xxx

Had a fab Birthday lunch here on Saturday. Food was amazing and the staff were fantastic! I had my two year old and one year old with me and I didnt feel stressed out about them being children. Everyone was so good with them. Will 100% be back here.

Great menu, excellent food and service, capped off with a few drinks in the bar with live music and friendly locals. Don't miss the opportunity try this place out. Music is every other Tuesday as far as I know.

Fabulous venue, fabulous food & fabulous staff! Went the extra mile to provide a lovely evening for 22 of us for my mum's Surprise 75th Birthday Dinner last night... Food was lovely, the staff couldn't do enough for us even though they were run off their feet in the main restaurant. Thanks again, we will all definitely be back!�xx

Dog-sitting for a friend, so went here for lunch (as dogs are allowed in the bar). What a fantastic find! Lovely food, well cooked, with friendly and welcoming staff. Proper comfort food with all the trimmings - I think that the steak pie was perhaps the best I’ve ever had......! Deserts were also fabulous. We’ll definitely be back!

Charming little restaurant with delicious food and great friendly service. Very welcoming to strangers and made a big effort to accommodate us even though we turned up without a reservation - on Christmas Eve!

Came along to The lost and found festival yesterday with my family and we had a fantastic day.

Amazing live music, lovely BBQ and all in all just an amazing day .... here's to the next one x
