It took 2 hours and 54 minutes to deliver the food. We were told it would take an hour. We called them for an update after two hours of waiting and they said it would arrive in 20 minutes, which ended up being over 50. The food is generally good, but this was totally unacceptable.

Didn't need to wait at all when I picked up an order, very quick, staff are very polite too. Food was delicious! Will definitely be there again soon.
