Fantastic food, friendly staff, one of my favourite takeaway restraunts.

Placed an order called to see where it was to be told the driver was supposedly outside (i was outside ) but couldnt get an answer on my phone (no missed calls) and had decided instead of knocking on the door which seems to be normal practice for any delivery he just went home now its beyond the time to call anywhere else then was hung up on by the manager would not recommend this place !!!!

If i could i wouldnt even give it a 1 star!! Ive never had a problem with ordering from Manzil but after tonight i will never order again! I phoned a delivery at 20 past 11, to be told that the driver will deliver it when he is going home as they were shutting at half 11, the delivery still had not arrived at 10 past 12 so i phoned shop and asked about my delivery and i got nothing but absolute dogs abuse off the boss who wouldnt even let me talk! I then got told the delivery driver never even came to my door he pulled up half way down my street and phoned his boss and left again and that it was my own fault that i never looked outside for him, i have still not recieved any missed calls and it has been left that late that i cannot phone anywhere else and to add to this if it was food for myself i wouldnt be concerned its the fact the food was for my 1 year old son and pregnant best friend.
Absolute disgusting if you ask me !
