beautifully clean place with such welcoming staff, food was so tasty and the roast beef just melted in the mouth. Can't wait for my next visit

What fantastic service we received tonight, for a Christmas party of 35. The staff provided a full choice of three menus, and everyone mixed and matched. Food was served together- so impressive and they even gave us time to play a secret Santa game between courses. A must for anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for making a ordinary dinner into a fantastic evening.

Went to this pub yesterday. Very impressed with the very lovely friendly young lad at the bar. Food looked great. We will be back to try the food soon ����

Went here yesterday for Dinner, The service was excellent. They have the best staff. We have never had people making sure that we are OK with every meal. We will definitely be coming back here for our meal. The food is really really nice. Thanks to all the staff at the mop and brooms.

The mops and brooms has always been my local. They fantastically donated us a voucher for our fundraiser in August for mind charity in memory of a very dear friend. We would like to say a very big thank you to you as with the help of your kind donation and other generous companies we raised a fantastic £2527.72. So again thank you so much �

Not being from the area we searched out The Mops & Brooms based on the reviews on TripAdvisor. So glad we did! It's a little tough to find if you're not familiar with the area, but it's worth the effort.

A warm welcome greeted us and was seated by the fire, a lovely touch after a long damp day exploring London.

Our server (Ben) was friendly and helpful. Food arrived promptly, well presented tasty and hot.

If you're in the area it's well worth a visit!

Just a shame you don't have pubs in our area.

I recommend this place for good company and food ,hell Ive even been back at least 52 times in the last year ...highly recommend the great staff Amy,bronwen, grace and Fay are brilliant!!! Just don't come if you want to see the footy as they don't have a tele all in all a fantastic pub!!!!��

Have been here twice in the past few months and since being under new management the food the service and the staff and environment was amazing. We came in August with my family & couldn't fault the service the food was excellent and they have refurbished the whole pub to make it such a pleasant experience. Then went again last week with my friend and again the whole experience again was excellent and enjoyable and pleasurable not being made to feel rushed at all. Would recommend this highly. We will be going back again soon. Well done Mops & Brooms Borehamwood.

A wonderful place to visit with my family, lovely surroundings, fantastic food and service, staff were very polite and friendly, prices were very reasonable. Got fed up with all the other restaurant's we use to go to. This one was nice and local and had an extra bonus of beautiful surrounding views of the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. We will definitely be going back to there for our next meal.

Went to mops last night for a meal and drinks and have to say it was very good , food was very good and service from staff was friendly and helpful a very nice evening thanks Brad and team

Went for a meal yesterday evening - the food was lovely and a good menu to choose from. Really enjoyed it and the service was very good would definitely go again.

The staff was Very friendly, the best Roast Dinner I’ve had from a pub in a very long time it looked good tasted great and it was hot 😋😋😋

Love the refurbishment, light bright and fresh. Food seems to have improved a great deal, was always good but much much better now. Lovely kids play area where you can see them, our Grandaughter really enjoys it. Will definitely be back... Sunday lunch is really good, tasty !!

I went to mops and brooms with my partner and her family on Sunday. VERY impressed with the decor and the friendliest of the bar man (even gave us directions to nearest cash machine). Will be going back very soon and we will try something from the menu.

Had a really excellent Sunday roast yesterday with my partner. Tasty thick pork and beef and a good variety of vegetables. A nice pint of McMullens AK went down well also. Nice place and very reasonably priced. We'll be back!

Good wee night they had a couple of singers on that was good . Had meal food was good and yes beer was good as well . Over all a good night

Went yesterday for evening meal with my partner. Service and staff were friendly and decor very nice. I had chicken skewer with rice and salad and lovely homemade coleslaw. My partners meal however was dire. He had fish and chips and it came out more of a child portion than adult. The piece of fish was small to say the least! When we questioned this with we believe was the manager he said 'the fish shrunk when cooked!!! Really??? The table next to us also had same problem. The young waiter apologised but it wasn't his fault. No offer to change meal or refund nothing. We will be giving this a miss which is a shame as pub is nice.

Just had lunch after a considerable wait for just a sandwich lattic chips cold wifes sandwich not great not impressed today running late so paid up and staff obviously rushed as well today
