My brothers and I recently used Morgan's for power of attorney for our mum and dad. Craig Bennet came to visit the family at home on a number of occasions outwith normal working hours. My dad doesn't do paperwork but Craig managed to put the whole family at ease and took the time to explain things to us in simple terms - he was fantastic, we were all very impressed, would highly recommend.

I used Morgans for my will and power of attorney. I was pleased to find that the firm were prepared to visit me at home as I cannot get out and about like I used to. The solicitor who attended was lovely and friendly and could not have done more to help me.

Communication was very poor, a simple email was requested with regards to pricing for Transfer of ownership. When tested and asked about option of legal aid (although not required) the interest of help was soon reduced to nothing. Upon calling the Morgans Law Partnership it was said if the information was unavailable, a new solicitor would have to be found. Shortly after a call was received from the property specialist and they explained that it would be advisable to find somewhere else because they are 'snowed under'.

When the first property was bought from them, the service was slow and communication was similarly poor. If you want a seamless transaction another option may be better. For people who don't have money or they assume you don't, you will be treat like a 2nd class citizen.

From a buyer's point of view Morgans are one of the easiest agents in Dunfermline to deal with. I have bought through them twice to date and viewed a number of properties over the last couple of years. Home Reports are uploaded directly to the website which saves my time as well as theirs! I am constantly advising other agents to follow suit as it really does make the buying process so much more convenient/efficient. Morgans have a great sales team who are always very friendly and happy to help.
