We have a great day lined up for both athletes and spectators.
Fierce Competition as the UK's top male and female athletes line up to be crowned the Murph Champion 2018.
... Followed by the ultimate community workout in our Help for Heroes Challenge. Athletes of all abilities will take on the same workout as our championship as individuals, partners and teams. The workout will be adapted in a whole host of ways all with the same goal of getting the work done and raising funds for Help for Heroes.
We are greatly honoured to have GB Paralympian Scott James Meenagh joining us on the day and taking on the Help for Heroes Challenge. Scott is a huge inspiration for the entire country and Crossfit community having just returned from the Winter Paralympics in PyeongChang. He will be out there crushing it on Saturday.
