Thanks to Dickies Pet Centre for donating our ‘Barrow of Booze’ which will be 1st prize in the Raffle at the South Wootton Beer Festival held on the 24th and 25th of August.
We now just need some bottles to fill it! 🍾

Thank you to Breathe Easy for the £200 grant to support the development our new gardening group on a Friday morning from 10am.
The new group is aimed at anyone in the community who struggles to participate in gardening due to their condition, but would like to get back into it. The group will be open to anyone who wants to improve their health whilst enjoying the outdoors. 🌼🌿

The Norfolk Hospice Ball is one of our most exclusive, annual events taking place at Pentney Abbey. To celebrate the Hospice’s 35th Anniversary the venue will have a dreamlike atmosphere and stylish decorations. 🕺💃

Yesterday Lindsey from our fundraising team visited the Brownies to give a talk about the Hospice and how the money they have raised has helped 😊

We have a new Complementary Therapist bed that has kindly been donated by one of our patients. At the Hospice we offer a range of complementary therapies that are available to both patients and carers. This new equipment is going to be of great benefit.

We will have lots going on including indoor craft stalls, games and attractions. We will also have further stalls and activities outdoors in our surrounding gardens of the hospice!

A total of 13 Cambridge medical students spent a day at the Hospice experiencing all aspects of hospice and clinical care.
This is a highlight for Norfolk Hospice as we are now a ‘Teaching Hospice’ spreading the word and experience of hospice care to our future doctors.
