Food and entertainment were brill (80s night) can only say the carpet need updating in the main hall (has duct tape on it!) and its only an observation.would highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant night was at the take that tribute for my cousins 40th Birthday. The dj was amazing laughed from start to finish. Will definitely be back at the Normandy hotel.
Absolutely brilliant night at the Normandy Hotel , the staff were really helpful the rooms were spotless we did the eighties night , music was bang on the compare had us all dancing and laughing 😂 the place was really busy but a terrific atmosphere.
Hotel a bit tired but staff etc were all nice good value for Money for hen do and stags

Got a nice welcome off the reception food was great the room was clean & tidy & transfer from hotel to the airport was good explained where we will get picked up when the driver dropped us off
Had great night at shwaddywaddy, but the rooms are in dire need of attention.
Very dark and dated. Carpets all very worn, but much carpet left in places! Room was very dated with the bedside tables and desk all faded and varnish off in places. Tops of skirtings and around edges haven’t seen a dust or hoover in a while. Breakfast was help yourself opens at 6:30, I was down at 6:40 but was look warm only, I did say but they just said it’s on the hot plates they only keep it warm! Needs a good refurbish/knock down and re built. Didn’t stay for evening meal as wasn’t brave enough to. The pictures of the rooms on the web must only of been decorated for that purpose.
Only putting one star for the excellent transport service to and from the airport.
Stayed here as flight was at 3am.
Didn't get a wink of sleep! Loud music all night, and could hear the man next door snoring! It was an absolutely atrocious experience of a hotel and will never ever stay here again.
