We went to the hup Lee for our new years dinner and it was aboustly amazing would recommend to every that would love to try a Chinese I think it's the best Chinese place around west Lothian amazing food and great services from the staff very polite is well well mannered

We travel from Glasgow to eat here, the food is fabulous, the staff are friendly and the establishment is clean and well tended. Service is excellent and super efficient.

We come here on a semi regular basis , and it's always PERFECT , we brought members of family from London who are very well travelled , and they said , it's one of the nicest Buffet places they have ever been to .

The food was delicious, particularly the cream of chicken soup. There is a good selection of food too, more than I have seen in other Chinese buffet restaurants.

Outstanding, honestly the best Chinese buffet I've tried. Was well worth the travel as I stay in Cumbernauld.



Loads of choice and everything I had was lovely.

It's my favourite place to eat and foods always great. The staff are always so friendly and helpful especially with my wee boy, there always talking to him and always make him laugh.

Im up in Motherwell visiting friends and was taken to hup lee last night and loved it. All the staff was very friendly and got our drinks order right away. Food was gorgeous,fresh and hot. Was so much choice too. Really enjoyed my meal and will be going again next time im in Motherwell.

If only i had not eating nothing for 3 days before a went, I would have been able to comment on all the food .. but after three large​ plate fulls of food i had to give up .. amazing food , the collection point was always toped up � what else can i ask for . loved it .

The plates are cleared away from your table quickly but I have never found this to be a problem just -efficiency. Staff are always polite and constantly focussed on the job in hand. £38 for 2 adults and 1 child on a Saturday seems reasonable to me.

When I was leaving there is a child's height chart but nowhere does it say anything about pricing next to it, definitely will not be back and have passed this on to friends and family so they are all aware of this to.

They had been sitting in a high chair for over an hour and where very patient and let them out to pay the bill and this is when the wee man thought we where not looking after our children!!!! Disgrace! Never be back and it's such a shame as it's a nice place for a meal if you've not got a family

Were regular customers but the food the past few times has been rotten the grease off the rice was as if you has sat and drank a bottle of oil the curry was way to salty also the chips were halfed cooked the soup bread was soggy when i complained to the wee guy he just shurged his shoulders But when i went to the bar the staff there could not apoligise enough. I think the place is all about the money Now and not the food witch is a shame as the food has allways been good but like a said past few times has been stinking and to be honest i have grudged even paying for it

It is ALWAYS busy, and as a family owned business, I am sure the owners enjoy a very opulent lifestyle thanks to the customers who eat there on a regular basis. Why then, during the festive period, do they decide to extract more money from people and take advantage of families,business people, old and young members of the community who support their business throughout the year? It's disgusting that they have hiked their prices up by 21.6% on their weekday buffet price because it's Christmas!! I was there this evening and paid £40 for the same meal I normally pay £30 for. There were many customers unhappy with this - as the change in price was not pointed out by staff! It has left a very bad taste in my mouth - money grabbing at Christmas when they should be giving something back to the community who keep them in business! Never again - Royal Blossom, Hamilton next time'

On my last visit my waiter was so so rude and the "little man" at the front door stopped me to make sure I had read the sign which stated "all kids to be accompanied by an adult and any waste will be charged" (he actually pointed these out to me specifically) this was obviously because I had my 8year old son with me.... I was disgusted to say the least, my child is not an animal and would always be accompanied by myself at the food section and the whole point of a buffet is to experience new foods so I'm not going to force him to eat something he's tried but dosnt like to save being charged 5pounds per plate which is a joke! Kids are clearly not welcome in this establishment as many of my friends and family have experienced the same! They also tried to charge my friend the full price of a child because her 2year old was eating some noodles from her plate! Really??! It's very clear since reopening that money is at the front of your mind and not customer service. The food is very over priced and ridiculous when it comes to kids, some of the staff are just ignorant and clearly don't like their job and as for "the little man" at the front door... he puts you in a stinker of a mood and ruins your whole night before you have even sat down, if he dosnt want to be there then leave him at home!!!! Not impressed..... remember if it wasn't for us... your customers.... your business wouldn't be a business!

Children under a certain height do not have to pay.. although whilst in today they charged for a 1 year old then when questioned about it were nothing but rude and ill mannered. Considering the crowd that was in we spent a fair amount of money and not one member of staff was willing to rectify the failed advertisement reguarding height and payment! One staff member in particular was astonishingly rude not only after the meal but during our mean when asked politely if a plate could be removed from the table. The staff and the attiude towards customers is an absolute shambles

Can't fault the food . It's the workers it need sum customer service skills x their was one nice young boy it took our money for their bill x the rest r sore face cunts �

Can not fault the food in this place only negative I would say is that it is overpriced however the customer service is shocking got told by a grumpy old man to supervise our kids because we closed the door to the karaoke room to stop them from running out while we were trying to get our things ready and sort the money out. We then had an issue with our bill and the man who said he was a manager had a stinking attitude and clearly has had no training in customer service he was very rude and sarcastic. Got charged for 2 children in high chairs who ate very little which we have never been charged before the attitude to that was they ate they pay. Will not be back

Think it's time you guys had a look at your front of house staff!! the fact that we closed the door in the karaoke room to keep to small children in, who I might add had sat happily and quietly for over an hour does not give that foul little man reason or cause to harass us and to be told to supervise our children even though we were sitting less than 10 feet away watching them then to be shirked and be started at through the door is absolutely appalling!! Thanks for the great food but no thanks for the rubbish service we will not be back ��

On my last visit my waiter was so so rude and the "little man" at the front door stopped me to make sure I had read the sign which stated "all kids to be accompanied by an adult and any waste will be charged" (he actually pointed these out to me specifically) this was obviously because I had my 8year old son with me.... I was disgusted to say the least, my child is not an animal and would always be accompanied by myself at the food section and the whole point of a buffet is to experience new foods so I'm not going to force him to eat something he's tried but dosnt like to save being charged 5pounds per plate which is a joke! Kids are clearly not welcome in this establishment as many of my friends and family have experienced the same! They also tried to charge my friend the full price of a child because her 2year old was eating some noodles from her plate! Really??! It's very clear since reopening that money is at the front of your mind and not customer service. The food is very over priced and ridiculous when it comes to kids, some of the staff are just ignorant and clearly don't like their job and as for "the little man" at the front door... he puts you in a stinker of a mood and ruins your whole night before you have even sat down, if he dosnt want to be there then leave him at home!!!! Not impressed..... remember if it wasn't for us... your customers.... your business wouldn't be a business!

Definitely will not be back, my 5 and 2 year old sons were both charged £12 each for a meal here. The food was ok and the service was average, could think of better places to spend my money.

Children under a certain height do not have to pay.. although whilst in today they charged for a 1 year old then when questioned about it were nothing but rude and ill mannered. Considering the crowd that was in we spent a fair amount of money and not one member of staff was willing to rectify the failed advertisement reguarding height and payment! One staff member in particular was astonishingly rude not only after the meal but during our mean when asked politely if a plate could be removed from the table. The staff and the attiude towards customers is an absolute shambles

Can not fault the food in this place only negative I would say is that it is overpriced however the customer service is shocking got told by a grumpy old man to supervise our kids because we closed the door to the karaoke room to stop them from running out while we were trying to get our things ready and sort the money out. We then had an issue with our bill and the man who said he was a manager had a stinking attitude and clearly has had no training in customer service he was very rude and sarcastic. Got charged for 2 children in high chairs who ate very little which we have never been charged before the attitude to that was they ate they pay. Will not be back

We went to the hup Lee for our new years dinner and it was aboustly amazing would recommend to every that would love to try a Chinese I think it's the best Chinese place around west Lothian amazing food and great services from the staff very polite is well well mannered

We travel from Glasgow to eat here, the food is fabulous, the staff are friendly and the establishment is clean and well tended. Service is excellent and super efficient.

We come here on a semi regular basis , and it's always PERFECT , we brought members of family from London who are very well travelled , and they said , it's one of the nicest Buffet places they have ever been to .

The food was delicious, particularly the cream of chicken soup. There is a good selection of food too, more than I have seen in other Chinese buffet restaurants.

Outstanding, honestly the best Chinese buffet I've tried. Was well worth the travel as I stay in Cumbernauld.



Loads of choice and everything I had was lovely.

Love going here,never had any issues although I try not to overfill plates in case of charges ,great selection of food on offer and especially love their cream of chicken soup.only negative on last visit was that they can be slow restocking the desserts and left without my favourite cheesecake.

It's my favourite place to eat and foods always great. The staff are always so friendly and helpful especially with my wee boy, there always talking to him and always make him laugh.

It was good food and great lunch and lunch was good would recommend this to my friends

Im up in Motherwell visiting friends and was taken to hup lee last night and loved it. All the staff was very friendly and got our drinks order right away. Food was gorgeous,fresh and hot. Was so much choice too. Really enjoyed my meal and will be going again next time im in Motherwell.

If only i had not eating nothing for 3 days before a went, I would have been able to comment on all the food .. but after three large​ plate fulls of food i had to give up .. amazing food , the collection point was always toped up � what else can i ask for . loved it .

I personally think the staff are lovely and do there best to make sure your having a lovely meal! The foods great lots of choice ❤️

Been going here for years I find it the best Chinese buffet restaurant in lanarkshire as food is fresh and there is great variety today and clean restaurant. The plates are cleared away from your table quickly but I have never found this to be a problem just -efficiency. Staff are always polite and constantly focussed on the job in hand. £38 for 2 adults and 1 child on a Saturday seems reasonable to me.

It was awful that they put the price up because it was mothers day, and some of the staff where rude, the management forget if it wasn't for the public going to the restaurant they wouldn't be in business, the food was excellent it's a shame the staff are not pleasant,

Food was lovely can't fault that however my nephew at 12 and daughter at 13 where charged full adults price because of there height, absolutely appalling that any restaurant is going on height to determine how much they are going to charge both my daughter and nephew are tall for there age and they are being penalised for this, when said to 1 of the waiters about this he pointed to the door and said it's there where u come in. When I was leaving there is a child's height chart but nowhere does it say anything about pricing next to it, definitely will not be back and have passed this on to friends and family so they are all aware of this to.

Went in after grabbing some last min Christmas shopping the selection wasn't great and my 3 year old got charged over £10 she eat one chip

Put off by cheeky waitress she was blonde with a pleat in when asked if she could take a plate away she said "do you want me to take the table as well" & slammed a glass down, embarrassing. 2 stars

Worst excuse I've ever seen for management at a restaurant. The management's excuse for them overcharging is that the staff were "stupid". Rude, ignorant staff. Never going back.

Well I don't even know where to start to be fair as I am normally praising this place but tonight I was asked to supervise my children who in fact where supervised at all times. They had been sitting in a high chair for over an hour and where very patient and let them out to pay the bill and this is when the wee man thought we where not looking after our children!!!! Disgrace! Never be back and it's such a shame as it's a nice place for a meal if you've not got a family

Was in there yesterday with my wife. Were regular customers but the food the past few times has been rotten the grease off the rice was as if you has sat and drank a bottle of oil the curry was way to salty also the chips were halfed cooked the soup bread was soggy when i complained to the wee guy he just shurged his shoulders But when i went to the bar the staff there could not apoligise enough. I think the place is all about the money Now and not the food witch is a shame as the food has allways been good but like a said past few times has been stinking and to be honest i have grudged even paying for it

This restaurant is well patronised by the people of Motherwell and the surrounding areas because the food is generally fresh and of good quality. It is ALWAYS busy, and as a family owned business, I am sure the owners enjoy a very opulent lifestyle thanks to the customers who eat there on a regular basis. Why then, during the festive period, do they decide to extract more money from people and take advantage of families,business people, old and young members of the community who support their business throughout the year? It's disgusting that they have hiked their prices up by 21.6% on their weekday buffet price because it's Christmas!! I was there this evening and paid £40 for the same meal I normally pay £30 for.
