It is with a heavy-heart to write this tribute for one of our past colleagues Katherine Sun who has passed away. She was a young US/Taiwanese student who worked part-time with us for 3 years while studying at The University of St Andrews. I am sure many of our customers had been touched with her kindness and positive energy while purchasing food from our take away. She was a hard working, respectful and kind individual who was always glad to help others. All of our staff are... saddened by the lost of Katherine, because at only 23 years of age she had a bright future ahead after just completing her Masters Degree and finding a job. For that to be taken away by a sudden Illness is absolutely tragic news. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, never be forgotten, her sprite will live on, in all that she achieved and shared with so many.
