The Original Factory Shop

I absolutely love TOFS, but we were in last week, then again today, and it is freezing. Don't know how the staff manage working in that. We didn't stay very long as it was warmer outside than in. Would help if it was repaired post haste. The staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful, which makes a change from other retail stores.

Nice shop good stock that changes on a regular basis. Used to offer 10% discount to NHS staff no longer does hence only 4 stars

Relaxed atmosphere with plenty assistants on hand to help if needed.
